Piecing a curved quilt is now as easy as sewing a straight line. My fun Dimensional Curved Piecing technique also known as Peeled-Back Patchwork is an easy layering technique which makes lovely dimensional curves. It is like Straight Line Piecing with Curved Results!
Dimensional Curved Piecing, or Peeled-Back Patchwork is fast and easy. You can get amazing results - the blocks look complex, yet are easy to piece.
Let me transport you into another quilting dimension. I bring numerous quilts and samples so everyone can see how this fun technique actually works.
Workshops:
Workshops are available featuring the following techniques:• Dimensional Curved Piecing or Peeled-Back Patchwork: An easy way to get curved designs using dimensional curved piecing.
Pre-cutting instructions will be made available in advance so that all students are ready to sew.
• Free-form piecing: No measuring - exciting results!
• Machine quilting: Machine quilting for dimensional curves or landscapes. This workshop may be held in conjunction with a landscape workshop.
Any pattern available on my website is also available as a workshop. Please email me to discuss the best project for your group, depending on class time and skill level. I am looking forward to meeting new and old friends in the class room.
